2. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay.
For memberships, the amount will be automatically charged each month on the selected payment date.
For class passes, programs, and events, the full amount is payable upon purchase, unless an installment plan has been selected. In such cases, the first payment will be charged immediately, and subsequent payments will be charged on the specified installment dates.
Card details are stored securely through our payment gateway in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
3. Delivery
Your membership or class pass will be activated immediately once payment has been registered.
Services are delivered at our center located at Porcelænshaven 26A or online, if specified in your purchase.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you have started using your membership or class pass, the payment cannot be refunded.
If the service has been fully delivered within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
5. Memberships (Subscriptions)
Memberships are personal and renewed automatically every month.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member profile or by contacting us.
The notice period is current month + one month.
A receipt will be sent to your email after each payment. Invoices are also available in your member profile at any time.
Card details are stored securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
6. Class Passes
Class passes can be purchased online or at the center and are activated immediately upon payment.
Each class pass corresponds to one training session or service (as specified at the time of purchase).
Class passes are personal and non-transferable.
They are valid for as long as the event is active on our page, unless otherwise stated.
Unused passes are non-refundable after the expiration date.
7. Reminder Fees
In case of late payment, a reminder fee of up to DKK 100 per reminder (maximum of three reminders) and interest according to Danish law may be charged.
8. Liability
All participation in training and events is at your own risk.
We recommend that you hold a personal accident insurance policy.
9. Personal Data
We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

You may also submit a complaint through The Danish Dispute Resolution Center (Nævnenes Hus) via www.naevneneshus.dk, if an agreement cannot be reached directly with us.
Cardholders may lose their right to file a complaint if it is not submitted within a reasonable period after the issue was discovered or should have been discovered.
By registering, you accept that:

WE.GROUPCPH ApS will automatically charge your registered payment card for your membership.

Payment occurs on the date recurring date paid in the first place (if paid the 20th october, the next will be 20th november), until the membership is terminated.

You may cancel your membership at any time via the member portal or by contacting us.

The notice period is current month + following month.

You will receive an email receipt after each payment, which will also be available in your member profile.
No-Show and Late Cancellation
In case of no-show or late cancellation for a booked session, a fee of DKK 75 may be charged.
Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the class starts via the app, the website, or by contacting the center. This prevents spots that potentially could be filled, to be empty when the event starts.
The fee will be charged automatically to your registered payment card on your next billing date.
